Warranty Period
At Billion Gold , we are committed to delivering furniture that is built to last. Our products are crafted with precision, care, and high-quality materials to ensure long-term performance and satisfaction. We offer a warranty that covers defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal usage conditions for a period of:

During the warranty period, Billion Gold will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective, provided it has been used appropriately and maintained according to care guidelines.
Exclusions
The following conditions and items are excluded from Billion Gold’s warranty coverage:
- Any defect in the product arising from drawings, designs, or specifications provided by the purchaser.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including dents, nicks, scratches, fading, and improper maintenance.
- Willful tampering, abuse, negligence, or abnormal working conditions, including attempts to use the product beyond its designed capabilities.
- Improper installation, failure to follow Billion Gold’s instructions (oral or written), misuse, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
- Modification, alteration, or substitution of components, assemblies, or products without prior written authorization from Billion Gold.
- Environmental damage, including exposure to extreme heat, cold, dryness, humidity, sunlight, or poor ventilation.
- Third-party components not manufactured by Billion Gold. These are only covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Additionally, the following natural material variations are not considered defects and are excluded:
- Changes in wood color due to light exposure or aging
- Color variation between wood veneer and solid wood
- Veneer lay-up differences
- Natural wood and stone grain or character mark variations
- Inexact matching to swatch cards
Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact your original sales representative and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Product name and item code
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Images showing the affected area or damage
